CarPlay Retrofit Kit for C W205, GLC X253 MY 2015+
hi guys we have released CarPlay Retrofit Proxy kit for New C W205, GLC X253 manufacturer 2015+, for some 2017+ models spec with SA154,
we offer a 2018 OBD2 CarPlay activation with 100% satisfaction.
This kit work for W205 X253 spec with NTG5.2 head units and will work both with wide screen and narrow screen displays.
Audio channel input via AUX IN with our special designed Mercedes USB AUX IN converter, this USB dongle works with most of the German models USB => AUX.
installation wiring diagrams as follow, hopefully it seems easy for you.
our system is a standalone android system based solution to work with factory NTG system, the core CPU is Autochips AC8227 with massive expansions.
our Smartbox come with free features to test on RCA rear camera or 360 surround view cameras with CVBS output from aftermarket as users self decision.
each system contain 3 PCBs, main board + core MCU board + car models board. CE FCC E9 certified.
all future upgrades for Apple iOS or our OS / MCU upgrade via USB plug and play.
In case there's any buys from car side to work with our smartbox, we also equipped with self LOG function, when any bugs encountered, just plug in a USB drive, the LOGs will be
automatically saved into USB and you could easily copy and send to our technical support via email.

Mercedes new C W205 with NTG5.2 navi system, it have narrow and wide screen display, for the audio source quality we have several options as below:
1. OBD2 NTG5.2 AUX IN activator or use Mercedes Vediamo/Monaco engineering system to activate this function.
2. use USB AUX Dongle or FM channel switch to aux quality.
