245 40 18 all they way around on a 2018 C300?
I have a 2018 C300 with the factory 19" option
225 40 19 in front
255 35 19 in rear
I'm getting a good deal on a set of winter wheels and tires and am wondering if the 245s are going to be ok in the front?
As far as fit (rubbing) and handling in the snow?

yes. Run the same front and rear. You'll be fine. Read up on why they stagger wheels... for better traction of understeer iirc. When the wheels match front and back, that's better for going around the track.
