Yeah then it's something with the car and your options would be my guess. I have same card number in my '19 C300 and it worked immediately out the box. If you already got a new card from vendor and still get error message, I'd check with dealer. Not sure what seller you bought from. But the ones recommended on here were all good. As long as your car has those 2 options forifor prewiring it should work.

Thanks for the help. I will be taking it in for service next week so I will talk to service advisor about it

Not sure but from the pic of your card it looks as if the little white lock switch might be in the wrong position as compared to the pic I sent, check it and maybe slide to the other position. If the car can't write to the SD card the install will fail. Did the card conf from the dealer or another seller? If your dealer no issue, if another then good luck b/c your dealer may just throw his hands up and point to where you bought it.

Thanks the lock is in the forward position it didn't show up well against the white background. I brought it from a dealer on Ebay and he replaced the first one I bought which did the same thing

It’s been a minute but here’s a update.Took the car in for Service and told the service advisor about my issue.She said they would look into it.She comes back later and tells me they would have to download some info from a thumb drive and they did not have it . I thought that was strange because the only place that could be loaded is were the android auto connects. By the way does any know about a MB site SD card manager ?

Sorry but your SA doesn't seem to know. The only thing you need is the SD card and it goes in the SD card slot, it will auto run, load things up and you're ready. No USB stick it anything. Find someone that knows so etching about the car, you are at an authorized MB dealer 🤔

Did you buy a car with Navigation shown as an active feature or you just bought a card and inserted in to SD slot and "Navigation" became availalable? My VIN does not have a dealer SD card available and one from Amazon has not worked.
