2017 C300 coupe

2017 C300 Coupe - Neighborhood access sticker not working

I looked in the manual for any location restrictions. It’s near the upper corner on passenger side. Neither gate in my hood are reading it properly.

Any help appreciated. Thanks

resolved. Was not a car issue.
