Just purchased 2019 C200 coupe. I have Bluetooth paired my iPhone 6. When I use voice commands in Navigation, the iPhone takes to command and does the navigation to the destination on the phone. The car ignores me. I just give the voice command button a short press, not a hold down. Same thing happens when I tell the radio to switch off. The iPhone says there is no radio playing. Please help!

try Disconnect iphone from car play by pulling out usb cable.

Thanks for your reply. I have connected via Bluetooth so there is no cable connection. I am not keen to use AppleCarplay as I don’t want the cable.

I would bring to dealer service department. There is definitely a program error.
