2016 Mercedes Benz C300 - Grinding noise when turning in reverse.
Hello, all!
I am wanting to figure out if anyone else has had a similar issue or if you know what the diagnosis may be. Whenever I am leaving my driveway in reverse and turn my wheel almost as far as I can, I am hearing a grinding noise. I am wondering about it being a caliper issue or maybe worse.
For the record, I have maintained my car well and only have 24,000 miles.
I’ve having the same issue recently, what I found it’s that the front left control arm of my C300 it’s scratching the rim from the inside and I can’t even turn more then 40 degree when going on reverse. I will leave 2 videos, one is from the left front tire (the one that it’s getting destroyed) and the one on the right that it’s just fine.
Won’t let me upload the videos...
Left front tire, arm hitting the rim This is the front right tire
