Collision Prevention Inoperative plus multiple errors
Hello everyone, I got here in search for an answer after long time trying to resolve this.
Some time ago, my car (2017 C205 220CDI) started showing this error randomly. It disaperas when car is turned off. Then one day, in heavy rain, error came and with it came few more error. Power steering, parking brake and few more. Since I'm under warranty, I stopped, called benz hotline, got replacement vehicle, and car was towed to dealership.
And they found nothing, car returned with no errors. Great. That's when I got first sense of electrial gremlin problem and started googling just in case. Today It happend again. CPI error, then power brake starts comming of and on in terms of seconds. Then Power steering. Important to say is I do not loose actuall steering or speed or strenght. Just random errors. I stopped the car, no one to call today, decide to try and get home, turn it on. all is good and drove next 20miles home with no error.
Now, I've seen members of this forum and over the internet posting CPI plus losing power, but did not find issue similar to this. I'm affraid if I do not dig really deep my dealer will not find a solution.
Anyone had similar case?

When was the main battery and the auxiliary battery/voltage converter more recently replaced?

Not sure, I do all the maintenance at my benz dealer to stay within 7 Year DE Warranty.
Could it be battery related? So strange that the service staff did not think of it. I was about to sell the car in the next 4 months due to family addition and I had it really long time now, but I want this resolved to sell car as its rest of it, perfect condition

If the battery hasn't been changed, it's likely 6 or more years old. 4 years is the time when batteries start to fade. I change mine proactively at the 4 or 5 year mark.
Weak or fading batteries cause myriad unexplained electrical problems on MBs.

Ok, sounds like a great place to start.
I will pull out service history to check if battery has been replaced, and I will try this method of tracking voltage in the meantime
