SL500 projector headlights on W202??

SL500 projector headlights on W202??
I saw a 2001 SL500 silver arrow edition Benz and an idea popped into my little head...will the projector headlights off of the SL500 fit on our W202's?? they look the same size if you dont include the turn signals...has anyone looked into this as far as measurments go...i didnt want to bust out the tape measurer at the mall and have them walk up to me like WTF

Thats a good idea, in fact I have an old SL info book laying around here and was thinking about that the other day. I wonder how much work it would be to "custom" fit it. Could projector xenons be next?!

1998 Silver C43
Had the same idead 2 yrs ago when I got my C43. It wont work. They look the same but they are not. Different tabs and size fitting. You'd have to do some MAJOR customizing (like what West Coast Customs does)
