Well as it turns out, I must have gotten the wrong K23 kit. Upon attempting to install, the pulley was so large it was hitting the tensioner for the supercharger and alternator pulleys, unless there's some gross oversight here. I need at least another two millimeters to clear it, and even then it would be close.

Am I correct in assuming that this one is for later M111's? I bought it from someone who had it on their w203 c230k coupe. My car is a 2000 produced on 12/99.

I have the kit sitting at the shop at the moment, but as a quick description, it consists of an oversized crank pulley, an alternator pulley, and two belts.

hum, I saw you put it on sale.. before that you should send an email to slammed_c on club202.com

AFAIK he had the same problem and he just changed the tentionner belt and that's it.

You should relaly keept that kit it's very very hard to find. If you still want to change it, I have an ASP pulley kit on my car I would probably trade with you, my pulley is a little smaller in diameter but it doesn't overspin the SC.

You purchased the all-alloy kit which works only on cars produced AFTER 6/2000. You may as well use the pulley you have as a door stop, because it will never work properly on your car.
