1999 C280 headlight glass (lens) installation
I have both headlight lenses cracked in my 1999 C280. I am trying to replace it myself.
I noticed that the lens is held together by small metal clips. Does anyone know how I can safely removed these metal clips?
Thanks

I was working on my headlights and hit a similar issue with the clips, I took them off with a screw driver as well but the lense seemed pretty attached. I didnt want to break something so I just left it alone. I would assume since your replacing the glass it shouldnt be an issue for you but I dont know whats holding just the lense on after the clips are removed.
