back seat removal for wiring

I have 95 c280.
I put a laptop in my trunk. I chose to go with an inverter for the power since the inverter will trap the alternator noise.
I hard-wired it to the battery with a 30A fuse. The inverter has a soft on-off switch so it will not drain the battery that bad.

Only problem I have left is that I have to take out back seat completely in order to open all the panels under the door all the way to the trunk.

Unlike in the manual, I guess my car is not equipped with the foldable backseat for skis and stuff. I saw one nut on each side that holds U-shape thingy under the backseat bottom part(easy to remove).

Does anyone know how to remove it?

Currently, I have windows XP with handwriting recog. for easy chatting and street atlas for GPS.
Future project: voice recog control for music and gps. one camera for front and rear.

*** I will post some pictures of my system when I have a chance to take some pictures.
