I tried to change my battery. When I went to advance autoshop they said i need to give them the old battery to recycle. When I gave them the battery and got back home. I'm pressing the remote and ouch it doesn't open. One of my mechanical keys are broken. The other one goes in the trunk but does'nt turn. It opens the glove department though. I don't know what to do my car is completely dark nothing turns on or anything. Is there an alternative way to open the trunk to replace the battery? An emergency battery or electrical source perhaps? I didn't know this was going to happen since I always open the trunk by pressing the button on the trunk. And I never lock my door, only when I'm outside my home. Immediate help would be greatly appreciated since I have to get it inspect it before my insurance gets cut off tomorrow.

Problem solved. I had to Ground the negative and the positive i had to connect to a black box that had two black wires. With the new battery.
