Bought an HID kit, but problem...

I'm not very familiar with HID kits, but my friend got me this Apexcore HID kit for my w202, but when he was trying to intall it, realized that this kit had two extra cables that needed to be connected to a positive and negative charge on the battery i guess (the pictures later will explain it), but realized the battery for my 97 c230 was in the trunk. Does any of you guys know how i would go about finding a positive and negative charge to power this HID kit w/o having to split any wires or anything? Here are the pictures to explain more.

Here is the kit as a whole:

Here is the positive and negative wires:

Here are the instructions:

notice the top of the last picture... you need to connect it some a positive and negative battery pole... but i dunno where, since the battery is in the rear trunk of the car.

As you can read, i don't know much about my HID kit... help me yeah, i really appreciate it.

I dont know much about HID kits myself, but try this w202 website.

www.club202.com

I think you'll get better results there on searches and questions.

Post pics once you get them installed!!
