Bass light,ABS warning, w202. I had a similar problem last week, When Bass light on alone, check brake stop lights...if off, renew stoplight switch...I renewed the switch...BASS light off....ABS warning about 6 months ago, i only changed 2 Continental tyres.Tyre pattern front and rear mismatch. I changed the other to to same pattern, had the memory of the engine control unit cleared of the fault code, lABS light off. Idrive a w202 c250 turbodiesel 1999 model 227455 km on clock, in South Africa

No, it is a tuned chipped C250 Turbodiesel, turbo boost altered, diesel injectors modified, enjin managemant system chipped, etc.revs up to 5400 revs on rev limiter, pushes out 131 KW. and delivers 4400 NM. of power, rev limiter cuts in at 245 KMH. in 5th gear...a real tyre burner.....she nearly dislocates your neck under full acceleration....speedfines galore......
0-100 KMH. under 8 secs.....first gear too short.....you start enjoying the massive torque from 100 KMH. onwards, cutting into the highway you do 180 KMH. plus, overtaking a joy, specially 3 cars or more.......Wynand

Holy Moly....

My c280 sport did 0-100 in under 8 as well.... I didn't feel any neck-snapping experience ever.... Even my sister's C32 AMG did not have those neck-snapping thingie.... And C32 is sub 5 second 0-60 MPH

I am sure you are used to KOMPRESSORS...finely tuned like Mortzart & Bach......You do not feel them kikking in.....BUT the raw power of a TURBO in a DIESEL engine, Ripping you from as low as 1500 REVS to OVER 5400 revs...you have never experienced raw power/TORQUE like this ......only from American V8 machines.....
what is the NM. output of both these cars you own....compare it to the output of this oil burner/diesel......Wynand

What are you talking about??

I genuinely cannot understand anything you say...

I'm not trying to agitate you by any means.... I was just asking for facts...

If your C250 turbodiesel can do 0-60 in sub 6 sec, thats good for you.... it means that your C has identical performance with C43...

O yea BTW.... I experienced crazy torques already.... I drove my dad's S600 last year in my country.... and I bet that thing has more torque than 99% cars on the street... O well thats arguable of course...
