I have taken a pic, like to know is this the AT tank? It has the small black top.

No, that is the power steering resivore. The transmission fill tube is by the back of the of the cyl. head on the left side(when looking at engine)

Nice clear pictures you've taken. Can I suggest you buy a worshop manual for your car if you want to work on it yourself ,as you are obviously having problems identifying basic parts and their function.
