car problems

I have a 95 C220
When the car is warm, and i come to a stop, mostly when the A/C is on,
the idle surges. The eng harness is new, the coolant temp sensor, the
over voltage protection relay, a/c pushbutton control module, a/c compressor. I check fuel pressure - good, and i check for vaccum leak - none.

Any one got any ideas

Try cleaning the butterfly valve in your idle speed actuator as these get gummed up with stuff drawn in through pipe connected to the cambox .This causes the butterfly to stick and surging occurs as the management system compensates.
Clean the butterfly valve and throat of the valve using a solvent, IPA or carb cleaner.
See here for location #80 on the first diagram,http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.asp...SGR=040&SGN=01.
Hope this helps,Geo.

still not running good - when the eng gets warm and i come to a stop the car almost dies, when i accelerate from idle, it hesitates,
it also does it when moving from P/N to D/R exspecially with a/c on, theres no check eng light on - no codes

Ive checked cam adjusters, vaccum leaks, ive put a new ME (eng computer), M16 motor (throtle control & idle control), check fuel
pressure, checked fuel pressure regulator, new coils, new coil
harness, over voltage relay, coolant temp sensor, ac compressor,
new eng harness, new mas, new spark plugs, suppresors, plug
wires, plug wire ends at coil, hooked up to a scope and check
the ignition pattern - good, cleaned intake, adjust throttle and idle linkage

any ideas would really help
thanks

idea: Post a pointer to this thread in the Mercedes Tech Talk forum, MBtech21 may have seen this before and respond. If no response then maybe a follow up with a PM to him......
