Someone stole my oem hood star a while back and I've been thinking about replacing it with a flat one. Is it hard to do? I was thinking about getting one off of ebay. any suggestions??

 

Three minute job with a pair of pliers. There are dozens available on E-bay and most are very easy to install. Beware that some of them are just plastic inserts that turn yellow after awhile in the sun. I laugh everytime I see the one at work that's cracked and yellow. He may have saved $10, but it looks like hell.
