Hi all! I'm new to this forum, missed out introducing myself lol. I own a 1997 Mercedes C280 (Right hand drive) riding on Mercedes 17s from the W211 E-Class, with the M104 straight six engine and its got H1s both for high beam and low beam. I've seen HIDs on the later C43s and C280s and they look mighty impressive, also they look like they have clear lenses. I've also heard that their 'plug and play'. Don't have a clue if this is true?

I am buying the whole headlight kit, from the dealer but I don't know the part number, guy in the parts dept does not know what it is. My headlights did not come with washers and wipers, and I'm making a guess here that the headlight lenses for left hand drive countries differ from those made for right hand drive countries.

Can somebody say from the U.K or any other RHD country help me with the part number? I need some advice here.
