Your 1999 C280 is FSS (Flexible Service System) every 10K miles and according to the miles on the odometer, different services are performed just like old the 60K service or 100K service...
You should have a gauge on your dashboard telling when service is due. Check the vehicle's service records.

Here is a more accurate list of things to consider:
Oil change
Oil Filter change
Close to Transmission oil and filter change
Lube the parking brake cable
Change air filter if need be. Top off the washer fluid. Eyeball the brake pads.
You just saved around $200 if you have a shop do these. More if you do them yourself.
