Auto Door Locking Feature
hi I have been in cars where when you drive off, the doors automatically lock, and you when you get out, the doors unlock themselves.
I was wondering if this was available on the W202. I currently drive a 1997 Australian delivered C200 espirit model. Just thought it would be cool.

yes it should be in the manual, i believe the doors lock when going more than 15 K, and unlocks the doors when you open the driver door, the only time I lock my car is when I park my car, such a small detail but so nice...lol

Hey guys
I have read my manual and there is nothing on auto locking! Nothing at all. I have an Australian delivered model so it may be different to you guys overseas.
Can you tell me the procedure to activate it on your cars to see if I can activate it here?
This would be a cool feature to have!

it's not on all
i dont have that eighter, in my 1997 Elegance C180
So not all merc comes with that option.
The new CLK200 komp has it, it locks the doors when i start driving, but the old C180 does not auto lock the door..
