It is explained in your owner's manual (at least it is for the 99's) and you can always call 1 800 For Mercedes and they will help you out. This should do it for your car:
After carrying out a service, the Mercedes-Benz dealership will reset the Service Indicator. To reset the system yourself, carry out the following.
1 Insert the ignition key and turn it to
position 2. Immediately press button 0 on
the instrument panel twice within one
second.
2 Turn the ignition key back to position 1.
3 Press and hold button 0, then turn the key
to position 2 (keeping the button
pressed). The display will show the
current remaining distance or time, and
after 10 seconds an acoustic signal will
sound. The new starting distance or time
will appear for about 10 seconds on the
display.
4 Release button 0.
