Can somebody with a handy-dandy CD Parts Catalog for the C-class, kindly tell me what 202 323 3465 is listed as?

 

the part concerned is a front sway bar-you can look it up by doing a search on the on-line fastlane catalogue-go to mercedesshop.com ,then click on fastlane-then do a search by part number-enter the number -and it tells you the part description

 

Ok, which leads me to this question. Should that front sway bar be moving at ALL through it's rubber mounts? I can look at both ends of the bar via the front wheel well and tell it's moving back and fourth through it's rubber mountings sometime during operation. Don't think it's suppsed to.. anybody have advice?
