No special tools required, there is no preload setting on these hubs, just tighten by hand to remove any rock in the bearings. Why do you ask, what problems are you encountering?.

oh ok thanks. Im hearing a sound/vibe coming from my tires at low speeds and also when i turn the wheel it gets louder. tires are fine and so are the brakes. im gonna jack up the front end and check if their's any wheelplay. so there's no torque spec for the bearings???

There is no torque preload on these bearings, if you feel rock on the hub slacken the locking screw, then while turning the hub tighten the nut by hand until you just feel resistance, the idea is to get rid of all free play without introducing preload ,so it may take a few tries to get it right, do not use tools to tighten.
It's a matter of feel and a very small amount of free play is ok.
Tighten the locking screw, pack the bearing cap with fresh grease and refit.
Hope this helps , Geo.
