Shaking after Stop
Hello guys....
My brother has 2001 C240 with 40K on that and recently out of warranty
He said lately the car kind of shaking after he made complete stop...
Is anyone has similar experience....can anyone has suggestion wht s wrong with it so we can fix it...

One of my first thoughts was the motor mounts or trans mounts might be worn or loose. Apparently some engines shut down a few injectors when at a stop also.
Several possibilities at this point but really sounds like an adaptation problem as described in the above thread.

Shaking / Vibration on my 98 E320
I was having a very bad vibration/shaking when the car is in gear / full stop / reverse you name it. Replaced both engine mounts. Car feels / drives like MB again. No more shaking / vibration. 
I'm just not sure on how easy to replace your engine mounts.
I did the passenger side on mine and I have to bring the car
to the shop to replace the driver side mounts. Driver side is PITA.
It was so tight and very hard when you're under the car.
You might want to check your engines mounts first. Good luck.
