Headlights

I dont know if this has been asked before. But, Im about to buy new headlights for my w201. I would really like projector headlights. for under 200$ on ebay they make them for the w202. Can I fit those into my car without modification?

the only concern with the current aftermarket headlight lineup for the 202's are all e-bay knock offs.

they only have 4-pin units, that are a pain for us euro-spec users. they have horrible cut-off (on the projectors), and they have other minor issues.

i just hoped hella, or some proper manufactures made aftermarket headlights for the 202's. o well, i guess the car's too old.

anyway, have fun searching.

the ebay ones are not really projector headlights. the projector is only for the foglight position.

you should ask on club202.com the members there are extremely helpful. i bought the ebay ones and retrofitted projectors into the hi/low beam side. some problems members have is fogging of the headlights. they aren't sealed properly and water some how gets in. and yes the cutoff isn't great on them. it's actually pretty poor. the light output is horrible for the projectors. i hope to see you on club202.com
