Does MB touchup paint come with Vaseline bottle?

Does MB touchup paint come with Vaseline bottle?
My son recently got a used 2000 Sport and it has a couple minor chips in the paint. Could not find matching paint at the local parts shops. Called the local MB dealer and it is $24 for a bottle of touch up up. Was wondering if that included a bottle of Vaseline so when I bend over it is not as painful for them to insert it. I know MB can be expensive but $24 for a little bottle of touch up paint seems pretty whacked! Anyone know if that is the only option? It is "brilliant silver" color. $24 is not a big deal but I hate to pay it as I feel I am getting ripped off.

Seems too good to be true of a thing but the site looks legit. I'd rather pay $39 for that if it works than $24 for the regular stuff.
