Does this sound like a transmission issue?
My transmission revs really high at changes to 4th gear at 35 mph. Here are the rev's at different speeds

20MPH-1500 rpm

40MPH-2000 rpm

60MPH-2600rpm

When the transmission shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear there is a little jerk that is felt more than if the car was shifting from another gear. Does this sound like a transmission problem, or is it normal for my car to be reving this high?

When was the last time the transmission fluid was changed? How many miles on the car?

I dont know when the last time it was changed, but the car has 110K miles on it.
