I've just got a 95 W202 C200, it has a Pasadena DJ Blaupuunkt Head Unit with CD Changer in the boot but how do I identify if they are Bose speakers without taking the speares grills off?

I don’t remember if the magnet is visible from the trunk, it has been a while since I had my W202, but there usually is a sticker/label with product info and manufacturer next to or on the magnet. I didn’t have the Bose in my 202 but I know the newer Bose systems come with a small woofer. You could also take your VIN to the dealer and have them look up your cars factory options. There are also sites out there that will can decode the VIN. Check out www.club202.com there is a lot of good info and a link to that VIN decoder site somewhere.
