Heavy shaking on reverse

Hi , when I put the trans on reverse the car starts to shake a lot , whem im on drive it shakes just a lil bit what could that be??

my brother has the same problem, well kinda, his shakes in drive, everything else is smooth, I was told it could be engine mounts
