Shifter area wood panel
Does anyone know how to remove the wood panel around the automatic shifter (Picture will be great) for 2000 C230K? I think something is loose inside.

Hello! On my 202 from 1997 is very easy! You just pull up the "wood" board! On mine there are no screws... The thing is put by pressure! Be carfull with the windows swithcs...

I was able to pull the panel with the window switches but I could not figure out the wood piece where the shifter is.
