How do you remove the air lines terminating at the PSE? Do they just pop off with a tug?

they should pop off, i use an 8mm open end wrench on the fitting to gently pry. if they seem stuck make sure they werent glued on by someone

how many lines?
On my 94 c280 my PSE has 8 or 9 lines but all the ones I see on eBay only have 2 or 3...any ideas why,,,upgraded pump maybe?

air line distributor
There was a removeable line distributor which is why my pump looked so different from those on ebay. Still there are SEVERAL part numbers associated with that pump so be careful when replacing.
