does anyone know what this part is called?
This is the black skeleton part inside the bumper. Does anyone know where I can buy it?

im located in TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA

How about "Inside Part" (#134)?

Pick your particular 202. model from here, then pick '88 Attachment Parts', then '030 Front Bumper', and you'll probably have the actual M-B part number, which is also probably molded into your existing part.

I believe it's sometime refered to as the bumper cell or absorber. When you hit something it takes the impact and crushes.
