2003 c230 kompressor coupe
head replacement carbon build up
2003 c230 kompressor now 66k miles. originally owner.
dealership is telling me that the carbon build up is so bad that i need the head replaced. started at 53k with the misfire codes.
Will any kind of carbon cleaner or seafoam type stuff clean this out or am just srewed with a $4500 repair. Warranty expired at 50k.
Already replaced hose and 2 O2 sensors.

You need to be in the w203 forum for your car. Search there for answers first. If you don't find what you need, then post there. That group will be familiar with the particulars/quirkc of your series. Good luck.
