Wheel Size And Offset For Lowered C23K
Hello:
I have a 99 C23K.
I have lowered it by using the Koni spring/shock kit from Tire Rack. AFAIK the drop was 1.5 in the front and 1 in the back. It's time to up the ante and install aftermarket wheels.
I was not satisfied when I installed 17 inch wheels on my Aude A4 as they looke dtoo small adn I do not want to repeat this issue with my C class.
So I looked on Tire Rack and came up with 18X8 in 35mm offset.
Will this work on this vehicle with no rubbing (except for full locks).
If not what are the reccomendations?

You'll have no problem with that wheel size and offset, especially if you run 225/40/18. You might even want to space out the rear, as it will look rather sucked in

I am not ashamed to admit that I lusted and drooled on pictures of your car on more than one ocassion
Do you have any other reccomendation for sizes?
BTW, I moved from SoCal to Texas a little less than a year ago so I am having to rebuild all my local automotive contacts.
