Carlsson Springs

Ok, here's the deal. I am ordering some Carlsson springs for my car tomorrow. Very excited. but......do I need an allignment for my rear suspension? I was under the impression that there were no adjustments. I don't want my tires to wear out fast, they're too expensive as it is. I know I can align the front and everything so no problem there. Does anyone have the Carlsson's or any other springs for that matter? How are they? Do I need new shocks? I keep getting different answers from different people. I'm so confused. Please help!!!

It's recommended you get new shocks if you haven't replaced them lately...if you do buy new ones, Bilstein sports are a good choice. As for alignment, yes you should get one..though I'm not sure if they can correct the camber. I've lowered my SLK and C320 and they both had negative camber in the rear, but i lived with it. If you look at stock BMW's, they have pretty big negative camber. Just get it aligned (esp for the toe) and you should be ok.

If you have same width rims/tires, also rotate them regularly. I run staggered rims on the C320, so I can't...
