hi everyone,

i need urgent help, so my car has been running abit rich lately so i took it to the benz mechanic to see whats wrong with my baby. Ran into major trouble when the mechanic couldnt run diagnostics on my car, he said there was no response when plugged into his computer, then gave me a $6000 quote on the part needed to replace ( i believe it is the computer or ecu or something) MY car is a 1996 C200 classic, any ideas, thoughts or help would be appreciated
