2007 R320 CDI, 2010 FJ Cruiser, CTS-V

Headlight Flash Not working

Car is a 1995 C36 AMG that I purchased recently.

Low and Hi Beams work fine when operated. But headlight flash (pull stalk towards driver) is non-operational.

I am going to order the factory service manuals (unfortunately on CD it looks like) tomorrow, but wondering if it could be a simple relay or fuse as opposed the stalk/switch itself.

before i got my hids in i had the same issue. could be the relay or maybe they just didnt have flash

If it is not the switch on the stalk itself, you might do some research on the k40/k-40 relay across all of the MB forums. You might even be able to resolder it yourself.
