yea i could do that but what about the ride quality, i see my fried with his driped honda Si, he droped his car way to much, i thing about 2 inches on his 15'' wheels, and that killed his shocks and his car bounces like crazy, its not even safe to drive!!

i got bilstin sport shox, it hink they were abuot 1 inch shorter then regular bilstin shox on my c280.

i installed the bilstin sport shox on my c280 when it was stock ride height.

i did not tkno there were shox for stockheight cars and lowered cars. it hguoth it was only one kind..

Surprise Surprise...the stock shock is 2" shorter than the sport shock. When I changed mine out I noticed this and thought I had the wrong shock. It's the inside part with the piston that is shorter.
C280 Jr. : No matter what you do to the suspension of your car it will never ride like a Civic. The suspension set up is completely different. It won't bounce or anything like that. I started off being stupid by not listening to people on this forum. I left my stock shocks on right after I changed out my springs and completely blew both of them. They leaked all over the place. Even with no shocks the car didn't bouce around or anything. Now that I have the Bilstein Sports (thanks to TP) The ride is everything I could want. It still glides over bumps but doesn't lean, dive, or squat. I seem to be good at finding these springs at good prices so I'll email you if I find some so everyone else doesn't jump on them.

from my experience with stock shocks
its hella bouncy. im a pretty fit person and i only weigh 150
so when i get in my car it doesnt bounce, but one time i had an overweight friend who weighs 210+ and he hopped into my car and there was a pretty large bounce.
