Either one will be fine

Both Eibach and H&R offer great springs, just look at the specific spec s and see what is be for you. Just don't do what I did an do a 2 inch drop with my Brabus springs.

I have the H&R cup kit, you will probably want the 9mm shims if you do this. It is still nice w/out, has rubbed a little in sharp low speed turns, but here she is:

You should first consider what type of ride you want and how low you want your car to be. I personally hate Eibachs because it does not lower a car too much. I used H&R for my cars. But then again I like it low so I can hug the road better.

Am I the only one who used Lorinser Sports Suspension to lower my car? Is there a reason why?
BTW Lorinser kit only lowers the car 1" and 1.5", if I remember correctly. And I still drag sometimes so definitely consider ur local road conditions.

mine is lowered 2.0 in front and 1.7 in rear it scrapes a little in tight low speed turns, but other than that it's all good
