O2 sensors
Check Engine came on.....Code from the ecu comes back to the 02 sensors. What does it mean? Should I replace both sensors? Im sure this will effect the performance right? Fuel and air mix effected? Is it a priority?
And also, I just put in a new head gasket, timing belt, & tensioners on my 95 c220. In traffic, temp gauge shots up....drive a little, goes down. Never did it before i got the work done. Anybody know why?
peace

Any other codes? O2 sensors can throw codes due to other components being the actual root cause (e.g. MAF).
Sounds like your fan(s) are not working after all that work was done. Could be a bad or disconnected wire, viscous fan clutch issue, sensor not hooked up right or failing, etc.
