1996 Mercedes C 280 Sport
18 inch wheels?
Should I go with 17 or 18 inch wheels? I have purchased a set of 18's for my e320 from these guys and they were just great. but i dont know about the fit for the c280 sport.

Without knowing the offset it's hard to tell, but chances are you can at least make them fit using spacers.
Whatever you do, make sure you run 225/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear... Learn from my mistake.

I have a set of 18" HRE's that will fit your car if interested. Mint condition Pirelli's 225/40 and 255/35 (sizes recommended for your car by Tire Rack). I don't think the '96 Sport models have front brake calipers that would be too big for my wheels. I will be glad to check the fitment with HRE. Check out the Classifieds link below:
