Hard Engine vibration in drive.

I have some hard vibration in drive and nothing in neutral. I pulled the codes and the code for a cam shaft balancer came up. If that was the issue shouldn't it be vibrating in neutral as well?

What model/engine do you have? Milage?
Does the engine misfire?

Probably the engine mounts and transmission mount, maybe be ignition leads if you have a V6

I would suspect the transmission mount first, maybe engine mounts as well
