Hello! Do mean the fan from the aircon? If so yiu 3 bolts to take out (under) the glove box. After that take apart one plastic piece (black) that is secure with cilps. The motor is secure buy 4 bolts.

Hello! On my C180 when that soud came i saw that the plastic fan was broken... The solution was to put a new one. One thing that can happen to is the lost of one or more "iron clips" that are locate on the sides of the fan itself. They are put there to balace that plastic part (like on the weels).
