renntech c55 vs 2005 e55
Just one quick question. I have a 99 c43 with a 5.4 liter conversion. My car was completely built by renntech in florida. I purchased the car about 5 years ago and have loved every minute of it. I have had several conversations with Mr. Brady and was quoted around 400 horse and about 420 lbs of tourque. He had also stated this was the only 5.4 conversion that renntech had built.I have had the car dynoed twice once was 318 to the rear wheels and another was 298. Completely different dynoes and the lower one was obviously a little off cause my torque was only 80lbs. The car is very heavily moddiied ( exhaust, ecu, suspenision, differential and transmission). When I bought the car I was told that it had every available option renntch offered. So heres my question would I be better of selling this car for a newer e55 or just supercharge mine. Im new to this forum so just looking for a little guidance. Would the performance of the e55 be that much more noticeable and if I did s/c my car were do you guys think it would rank. Ive never seen a s/c conversion. One more thing I did have my car for sale about 3 years ago and was asking alot for the simple fact I didnt want to sell it. We were buying a new house and I figuered a way to work it out with out selling my baby. Thanks guys

You ought to post this to club202.com. There are some people there who are fanatical enough to pay decent money for a 202 like this. Also, there are a one or two people there who have had upgraded V8 conversions.

Im not sure about price I know that I wouldnt sell it for anything less than 14000. I will post pics soon
