Speedo died
Just today my car is almost at 95,000 miles and all of a sudden when I parked my car and went back to start it, my speedometer died...
No RPM, No trip odometer, No mileage odometer, no clock.
Everything else works fine in the car and all the cluster are working it's just those things mentioned above. the only needle working is the temperature.
Any idea why it happened and any possible solution? Thanks.

Sounds like a fuse blew. I think the fuse box is located in the trunk, near where the spare tire would be.
Look here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...e-box-map.html
I know it's not your model, but there's a good chance that the fuses are the same. If this is correct, you're looking for fuse number 42. According to these pages, it should be a brown colored 7.5amp. Try replacing that one and see what happens. Also, the fuse for the instrument cluster is independent of everything else, which explains why everything else is working.
If you replace the fuse and it works then great! But if it works and then stops again, you have a short somewhere which you'll need to figure out.
Good luck!

I tried looking on the fuse that you told me but it's still intact. The light on my instrument panel is still on but the RPM, speedo, gas gauge are not working.. not to mention the trip odo, mileage ode and the clock digital display.
I can see the clock but it's as if there's no light. you can see it if you really look hard.

You can't necessarily tell that the fuse is bad just by looking at it. I'd swap it out. It could be that it's a different number fuse. Remember, the diagrams I pointed you to are for another model. Look in all the fuse compartments (the trunk, near the driver's seat and the engine compartment) there might be a wiring diagram somewhere.
But I see what you're saying. You might have to try taking the display out. There could be a loose connection. Perhaps over all these years, some wires loosened up and finally gave out.
Can you post a picture of what you're seeing? It just might spark a new idea or something.

I did a reset on the car by unplugging the battery and left it for like 30 minutes and plugged it back. And there it was, did you try it on your car?
