Help with recurring check lights

Have come across this that might be of interest to those of you who keep getting those check lights coming on nearly every time you switch on your engine www.mavericktechnology.co.uk It a D I Y on board diagnostic kit that allows you to read error codes reset them and also do much more. A little pricey but if theres a few of you with problems who knows.

That's what I'm going to do. I know my problem. It's not a big deal so I don't feel like dishing out the money to fix it. What brand should I go with? 3M?

I guess putting some electrical tape on the light would make it go away, but for me, just knowing that its there... will haunt me and stay in the back of my head until its really fixed. lol
