oil suggestions

Ok
So I have a 1999 C280. it has about 93k and the engine is in great shape. i'd like to keep that. What kind of oil should i put? and what about all those 10-30w 15-50w or whatever... What does that mean?
I'll put only mobil 1 oil, so help me choose the right product!

I think it depends on what climate you have. I live in a tropical country and if we use fully synthetic here like those 0-40w; 5-40w, after sometime it builds up some sludge. What I use is the Mobil 15-40w. Change it every 3,000 miles to make sure the engine stays clean and efficient.
