i´m searching for a trunk lid from the c-class models from the U.S. version with the smaller space for the number plate,u now. i dont like the look of the european trunk lids.i want someone from the U.S.parts.

can somebody of you help me to find a trunk lid from the states and send this to germany?
all costs are mine but i need somebody in the states who can search for me.

i tried to look in the U.S. www but i dont find something.

I have a U.S. trunklid off my 202, as I will be converting to Euro trunklid shortly (just need to repaint it)

However, my trunklid is the newer-style one, so will have to change the locks to the vacuum one. It isn't a problem, though - I've seen it done before.

Let me know if you are interested in my trunklid, and we'll work something out.

you mean luwin has got an trunklid but the new one not the "old" one.
hmm... when he says he has got a never-style one then he must now it or not!?!

i can check up u an avantgard grill. its not a problem. we have enough of these on ebay.

P.S. the german of trunklid is heckklappe what do you mean with soem??

What I meant to say was luwins trunklid is for a newer c-class style. maybe the 98-00 c-class, not the old 94-97 one.

Thanks for the ebay url, but I dont know if these are OEM grills

I forgot about searching ebay.de for german auctions heh, thanks.

 

I did mention in my original post that my trunklid is the "newer" style lid - you would have to enlarge the lock opening to fit the lock mechanism from your car in there, but it should be no problem at all.
