b-pillar exterior door insert?

Hey everyone - the carbon fiber door inserts are fading on my 2000 sport w202 and I want to purchase new ones...is this an easy reinstallation? There seems to be a single screw for each one that is readily accessible. I'm guessing just unscrew, pull it either forward or back depending on which one i am replacing (back door or front door), and lift out...opposite to install new one...

thanks!

Just wondering if the ebay ones are real carbon fiber replicas of the actual OEM part including the lip with holes where the screws fasten the panels in. Not just flat carbon fiber sheets cut into the shape of the b-pillar with 3M adhesive on the back right? I'm thining these are actually ones you just stick on over your OEM b-pillar covers. IMO pretty cheesy and a cheap, super tacky look. I'm currently feeling out the market to see if there is a demand for the real thing, b-pillars vacuum molded in actual carbon fiber. They will be like %400 lighter than the stock metal covers if I do decide to make them as well.
