Avantgarde Grill - Last Word
My 1999 C28's grill looks a bit lame next to the E-class Avantgarde model. I know these grills are cut-down from W210 grills. I also know Bekkers and others sell the insert and that the OEM grill is around $450 US.
Is the $98 insert from Bekkers THAT bad?
Reason I ask is because a friend got clear markers for $49 (made in Taiwan) and the upper rubber seal does not fit snugly on the blinker and leaves a small gap on the top where water can get into the wires and definately looks a lot cheaper than the OEM markers.
Thanks.
